ENVIROTECH ENGINEERING & CONSULTING, INC., based in Enid, Oklahoma, is veteran-owned and operated. What started in 1992 as a two-man partnership servicing primarily northwestern Oklahoma, has grown into a full-service design engineering, environmental consulting, and geotechnical services firm servicing public and private clients throughout the United States.

Robert L. Stallings, P.E

President/CEO/Principal Engineer

Robert L. (Rob) Stallings, CEO of ENVIROTECH ENGINEERING & CONSULTING, INC., has served as a practicing engineer for the past 30 years. Rob was born and raised in Moultrie, Georgia, and attended Alabama's Auburn University where he graduated with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering. After graduation, he joined the United States Air Force where he served as a T-37 Aircraft instructor pilot. Following his military service and prior to the origination of ENVIROTECH, Stallings founded Dublin Petroleum Corporation where he successfully spearheaded oil and gas drilling and operations.

Stallings has accumulated a broad range of expertise in the areas of civil, environmental, and petroleum engineering and specifically, design engineering, environmental investigations and remediation, and construction oversight and management.

Stallings is a Registered Professional Engineer in Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, Colorado, Arkansas, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, North Carolina, Washington, Mississippi, Montana, North Dakota, and South Dakota. In addition, Stallings is a Licensed Well Driller in Oklahoma (Monitoring Well/Geotechnical Boring/Water Well) and Kansas (Monitoring Well/Geotechnical Boring/Water Well).

James R. Stallings, P.E.

Vice-President and Principal Engineer

James R. (Jimmy) Stallings was born and raised in Enid, Oklahoma. Following his high school graduation, Jimmy attended Auburn University in Alabama where he graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering with an Environmental Emphasis. He accepted an engineering position in Atlanta where he gained extensive applied experience in design engineering for site development and improvement projects for both government and private sectors. This experience includes stormwater drainage system design; roadway and parking lot design; commercial, industrial and residential site development; zoning maps; preparation of drainage, grading, and utility improvement plans; and calculations for pipelines and pump stations.

Mr. Stallings returned to Enid in 2002 to join ENVIROTECH ENGINEERING & CONSULTING, INC., in the capacity of Principal Engineer. Mr. Stallings is currently Vice President of the firm and a Registered Professional Engineer in Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas.
