Tyler J. Williams, PE

President/Principal Engineer

Tyler Williams was raised in Enid, Oklahoma. Following high school graduation, Williams attended Oklahoma State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2008. Tyler returned to Enid and accepted a position with Envirotech Engineering & Consulting, Inc.

Tyler has extensive applied experience in design engineering for site development for both government and private sectors. This experience includes commercial, industrial, and residential site development, oil and gas design and permitting for water recycling and agricultural design and environmental compliance.

Williams has applied experience in materials testing and inspection projects for both government and private sectors. This experience includes serving as the Lab Manager for Envirotech’s United States Army Corps of Engineer’s validated laboratory and conducting numerous geotechnical investigations for projects ranging from small residential structures to large industrial facilities.

Williams is currently President of the firm and a registered professional engineer in Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, Colorado, Iowa, Arkansas, North Dakota, Wyoming, Washington, and New Mexico.

Tyler, his wife Jennifer, and son, Miller enjoy spending time together at the lake.

Robert L. Stallings, P.E.

Vice President/Principal Engineer

Robert L. (Rob) Stallings, Vice President of ENVIROTECH ENGINEERING & CONSULTING, INC., has served as a practicing engineer for the past 30 years. Rob was born and raised in Moultrie, Georgia, and attended Alabama’s Auburn University where he graduated with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering. After graduation, he joined the United States Air Force where he served as a T-37 Aircraft instructor pilot. Following his military service and prior to the origination of ENVIROTECH, Stallings founded Dublin Petroleum Corporation where he successfully spearheaded oil and gas drilling and operations.

Stallings has accumulated a broad range of expertise in the areas of civil, environmental, and petroleum engineering and specifically, design engineering, environmental investigations and remediation, and construction oversight and management.

Stallings is a Registered Professional Engineer in Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, Colorado, Arkansas, Georgia, Alabama, Washington, Mississippi, Montana, North Dakota, and South Dakota. In addition, Stallings is a Licensed Well Driller in Oklahoma (Monitoring Well/Geotechnical Boring/Water Well) and Kansas (Monitoring Well/Geotechnical Boring/Water Well).
